Coping being single again

No no. I am not single again
Still happily coupled.
I was just flipping through the courses available in the new local community college catalogue just before dinner. Among computer basics, MYOB basic and learning to salsa dance I chuckled at what I saw: "Coping with being single again"
I find courses like these a little weird. I understand some people need more time and support when it comes to ending a relationship, and some do need the help of a councellor to talk all their troubles out.
But actually making such requirements into a community college course?
Personally I've been in and out of 'relationships' and found that each time, becoming single actually becomes quite liberating rather than a sad experience. Each invidual case is different of course, but I always think each of us has ways to cope with things, and if not, we always have a friend's shoulder to cry on.
When did humans start to rely so much on what the so called 'experts' tell us? Whatever method, whatever ways this course could offer to cope being single again can't possibly fit every individual situation. Then what?
Love comes, and love goes. If we are lucky, we find one that stays. It's all part of the adventure of love and adds to the chapters of our own stories. I say we all cherish every moment, even the nasty ones when love decides to leave us for a while, because you never know what's around the corner waiting!
